Little Toughies
Little Toughies is a program designed to introduce girls grades K-5 to a variety of sports and encourage them to find a sport that interests them while giving them the confidence to pursue it. Girls will focus on a different sport each week for an eight-week session. Class is held twice per week. Examples of sports to be introduced are Ultimate Frisbee, soccer, basketball, baseball/softball, kickball, volleyball, bowling, and running.

Instructor
Coach Brittany Dino holds a degree in Physical Education and Wellness and is a certified group fitness instructor. She is excited to bring Little Toughies to our community and promote positivity, self-confidence, leadership, and team-building.
