Let’s kick off your crochet journey with something simple, practical, and full of holiday cheer: a soft cotton dishcloth that makes the sweetest Christmas gift. In this class, you’ll discover the materials you need, learn how to pick the perfect yarn, and practice a handful of beginner-friendly stitches. You’ll also receive a classic crochet pattern you can enjoy making over and over. The stitches you master here will be the foundation for creating endless beautiful projects long after the holiday season has passed. All materials provided for use in class.

Hello! My name is Lindsey Kennedy, and I have been crocheting for nearly twenty years. It has been such a rewarding and creative skill in my life, and I am thrilled to share what I have learned with you. I cannot wait for you to experience the joy and satisfaction that comes with creating something by hand.
You may already know me from Bryan County Elementary School where I work as a Kindergarten paraprofessional. I am also a full-time Before School Program (BSP) instructor and a substitute for our After School Program (ASP). Outside of school, I am a proud mom of three little Redskins, although one just started middle school at BCMHS so maybe not so little anymore. I have been married for over a decade, and my family and I attend The Bridge Church in Pembroke.
I am also close to completing my teaching degree, and helping others learn is truly my passion. This time I will be trading the ABCs for crochet hooks, and I am so excited for this new adventure.
