Youth Athletic Movement

Youth Athletic Movement is a four-week program designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation in movement, coordination, speed, agility, balance, and overall athleticism. Participants will learn proper movement mechanics, improve body control, and develop confidence through engaging drills, age-appropriate exercises, and fun, game-based activities. Athletes should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable athletic clothing and athletic shoes. This program is open to all experience levels and is a great way for students to improve their physical abilities, build confidence, and have fun while developing skills that transfer to any sport.
